Summer Series: Restorative Yoga and Your Nervous System

What a year.  What an experience. What a time we have all had.

This offering is being held out as a tonic for YOU and your body mind. Each week during this 4 part Restorative Yoga series you will be given the opportunity to rest deeply and nourish what is depleted. Rest as a healer cannot be overrated and after this time of constant chaos it offers itself as a balm to your weary spirit.

Conversations during this series will center around:
* your nervous system (and its search for balance)
* the vagus nerve (and its profound impact on your being)
*your brain and what happens when your nervous system becomes dysregulated
*the science behind how Yoga helps.

The nervous system and its function impact on your overall being cannot be overstated.

The information discussed and the postures offered will serve you as you continue on your personal journey. A skill set to help you navigate what comes next whatever that may be.
