Here’s what you can look forward to: movement, breath work and deep relaxation to support the body mind. My intention behind offering these simple and accessible practices is to foster your nervous system’s regulation so that YOU may deeply relax your body and come home to yourself. Please join me in this practice dedicated to connection, integration and homecoming.
