Yoga is a beautiful and rich practice that includes everything from dynamic movement to prescribed stillness. Most of us tend to fall in love with one style of practice and shy away from others. Sometimes we even begin to exclude other forms of practice, acting as though they are less than are own.
In Brianna’s estimation, Yoga is Yoga. She doesn’t see a difference if you are sweaty, seated, supine, or balancing on your head. If you are drawing your mind, body and spirit together she believes that you are in the practice of Yoga.
This intensive will celebrate the vastness of yoga and incorporate: postures, dynamic movement, chanting, breath work, seated meditation, partner work, guided meditation, vinyasa, yin, restorative and much, much, more.
