Here’s what you can look forward to: RELAXATION. The entire 60 minute class will be dedicated to you chilling out. There will be movement, breath work, chanting and pockets of guided meditation to help you release your worry and relax your mind. With 20 years experience Brianna will interweave multiple healing techniques into a seamless offering.
