The Basics: Yoga
Learn (or review) the basics of a Hatha Yoga practice during this empowering 6 week series.
Each class will include a traditional three part practice of: Hatha Yoga Postures, Breath-work, and Meditation
In addition to the weekly in-person session, each week of the series Brianna will supply you with an 8-10 minute downloadable video for you to use during your home practice.
This semi private class is Limited to 4 students.
Six Week Yoga Series
Tuesdays (September 12th, 19th, 26th | October 3rd, 10th, 17th)
6:30pm to 7:45pm
