Kundalini Yoga is a beautiful form of practice. Brianna was introduced to it 17 years ago when she was living in Pittsburgh and learning from Brooke Smokelin. She fell in love with this ancient form of yoga and has been practicing it ever since.
This two-hour experiential workshop will introduce you to a traditional Kundalini Yoga Practice. It will include a movement series known as a Kriya, followed by chanting, meditation, and an extended rest. You will leave this practice feeling enlivened, invigorated, and refreshed. If you have never tried Kundalini Yoga all the more reason to join!
