Here’s what you can look forward to:
- Learning about essential oils that are a tonic for the body, mind and spirit.
- Anointing with the oils during a guided three-part yoga practice: postures, breath-work and meditation.
- Chanting while meditative essential oils are diffused throughout the environment.
- Relaxing deeply during a lavender laden savasana.
Brianna has been working with and studying essential oils since 2002. She loves sharing the simple power of aromatherapy with her students and inspiring them to use the oils in everyday life. At the end of the practice she will teach you how to make a very simple hand salve with several essential oils blended in – each participant will be gifted with a pot to take home.
